BRIEF CONCEPT DESCRIPTION (why it is needed in the market and its added value): Customer needed a blue cheese dipmix for their chicken wings-dish at their restaurants. It was a hit and then copied to supermarkets for direct consumer use. Later on, additional flavors have been developed and the work continues.
